Movies on the screen

Doctor Strange (Official Movie Trailer)

A new trailer for this fall’s Marvel action film was released today. This will introduce the origin of Stephen Strange and how he meets The Ancient One. Some elements in this trailer remind us of the movie Inception. Infinity war? Question reality.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier (Movie Trailer)

The sequel of The First Avenger is looking better in this new trailer previewing more of what we can expect with the fight scenes.  Cap’s got his hands full with this super-villain.  This one’s due out in theaters on April 4th.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (Movie Trailer)

Marvel is at it again with the web-slinger’s latest installment.  Jamie Foxx will appear as Electro and Paul Giamatti as the Rhino.  Willem Dafoe’s version of the Green Goblin will be hard to top but Chris Cooper will re-enact the famed role.   What’s Aunt May keeping a secret from Peter?  Will Venom make an appearance?  What about Doctor Octopus and Vulture?  This film officially drops May 2, 2014.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier (Movie Trailer)

Marvel releases the first trailer from next spring’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier movie.  This time we see Steve Rogers in a new black suit and an era of a corrupt S.H.I.E.L.D.  Alexander Pierce played by Robert Redford seems to make this point clear.  We’re glad to see Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Anthony Mackie as Falcon and Scarlett Johansonn back as the red-headed Black Widow.  Judging by the ease in which he grabbed the Captain’s shield with his bare hand after it was aimed at his head, The Winter Soldier will be a problem.
