No matter how much celebrity you may have the state of good health has never been for sale. Obesity, cancer, diabetes, stroke, erectile dysfunction and other preventable diseases are at an all-time high. Proper dietary awareness has never been more important.

Troy Ave and Lloyd Banks tweak the song title for the newly mastered single off of Troy’s White Christmas 2 mixtape.
From out of left field comes a new 50 Cent and Fat Joe collaboration. After the two mc’s ended their beef at the BET Hip Hop Awards anything was possible. DJ Kay Slay decided to take a verse from Joe and combine it with a verse from 50 on a StreetRunner produced track. This will be featured on Slay’s upcoming Rhyme or Die project. Not bad at all.
